Was ok but would not return Positive: Size location Negative: Felt it needs something , bedding pillows low quality , pool needed a good clean ,all the pool furniture was ripped

Great stay Positive: The manager is reactive and professional. The place is well organized and managed. Cleaning personnel was nice. Good location, easy access, pool area is nice and we'll kept. We were a family of 5 including 3 kids. Everyone was happy. 2-minute walk to a nice view of the lake. The walking distance proximity to the beach, to palm beach shores, and to the restaurants & shopping area is very convenient. You don't need your car for everything. The appartment itself is quite nice and well equiped. Some of the guests organized a party in the pool area one evening but this was quickly addressed by the manager. Negative: The place wasn't 100% clean upon arrival: an unfinished and melted ice cream bar in its opened wrapping under the coffee table which was likely missed by cleaning team (we found it when moving the coffee table to open the sofa bed and it was a mess - this is unfortunate but really more the previous guests' fault), a few stains on the sofa bed mattress, some of the dishes weren't totally clean. The floors could have been cleaner, our feet got dirty when walking barefoot. But nothing major. The bed covers are torn on both beds, not a big deal but would be a good time to change them. Would have been good to have a vacuum cleaner.

We had an amazing stay! Positive: The property was fantastic. In a perfect location to get to everything. The property had everything we needed.

Would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Positive: It was cozy and quiet. The unit was clean; nicely decorated and in a great location. Loved the hot tub right outside our door! Negative: Beach chairs would be nice. Pool furniture needs to be refurbished.
